User summary: The game uses a variable die type to represent area of expertise. Characters allocate a D4, D8, and D12 to three Aspects (Attributes): Wizard, Warrior, and Explorer. THe highest die represents the highest proficiency. In lieu of experience, characters amass gold which can be spent to increase ability (e.g., die size) or gain other advantages.
