Dr. Siren (Supers!)

From publisher blurb: Dr. Siren is the companion and second-in-command of the salt water supervillain known as the Sea Monster (see World's Most Wanted #05: Sea Monster (Supers!)) who claims to be sent by the ocean itself to punish mankind. The “Siren Song” of her Mind Control power is addictive, and serves to keep the Sea Monster’s minions loyal even when they are not being directly controlled. She also uses her power to ensure that she and Sea Monster have all of the ocean’s natural life forms at their disposal.
