Dr. Proteus' Forbidden Files: the Reaper Airship

From publisher blurb: Enough of those threat assessments the Lightning League has produced. Get the information straight from Doctor Proteus. Now the not so good doctor takes aim at his rude and annoying rival -the Skeleton. The man is a death obssessed headcase, but he built a great new airship -the Reaper! Of course. 3+ pages of deck plans, notes, and the inside line on sabotaging the darned thing.
