Dr. Crabstich's Coffin

Publisher's blurb: It seems you’ve returned to the grungy, fluorescently lit, white tiled, horror of the Black Ink Asylum. Your current surroundings appear to be a hospital waiting room. Chairs are overturned in the corner, a beat up and scarred nurse’s station sits in an alcove on the far wall, a flickering vending machine hums near the door, and blood drips down all the walls. On closer inspection, you notice that the blood is actually spelling something out. “Find it, Destroy it,” it reads. “Destroy Dr. Crabstich’s Coffin.” A shoddy drawing of a coffin is scratched into the wall next to the words, a large bloody X over it.
