The surface depicts a fine townhouse in an autumnal street, with good quality furniture and nice rooms. Behind a hidden door in the pantry though are stairs leading down in a cellar laboratory. There, Dr Victor attempts to bring life to flesh abominations. Rooms contain bodies waiting to be used, a study, power generator, and a chamber with acid pits to dispose of failed experiments. A connection to the sewer allows Dr Victor to come and go unseen.
