Downforce: Civilized promo card is a one card expansion for Downforce. This new player power can be added to the base game to allow for more variety each game. The card reads as follows: Civilized - On your turn, you may choose a car on your speed card owned by another player. If you do, they move that car before you move the rest of the cars on your card.
