Domains and Rulers

From the introduction: Domains and Rulers is an Aether RPG supplement built to incorporate both stronghold/domain management as well as mass warfare tools into the Aether system. It is inherently a collection of subsystems designed to benefit players who care about their characters becoming part of, contributing to and developing their own community in game, with both mechanical and narrative benefits as a result. In the supplement you’ll find rules for creating the key figures in a domain, tracking its size, managing its resources, and certain abilities the players can gain if they manage to make allies or take control of an area. There are also rules for how to defend a domain from attacks, for mass warfare using the existing Aether combat rules as a basis, and more.
