Description

One player represents Störtebeker and gets the black pirate ship. Up to five players represents the Hansa and get a "Hansa-Kogge" each. A token is placed at each harbor. All remaining tokens are places at Hamburg, where the Hansa players start. Each gets a starting capital of 6 tokens minus the result of his first die roll. The Hansa ships move on the black routes. Movement is determined by a die. In each harbor the first player collects the token. The Hansa players collect as many tokens as possible. The first player to get back to Hamburg after all tokens in the harbors are collected, collects all remaining tokens from the guild cashbox. On some spaces events hinder the players. The Störtebeker player starts at one of the red spaces. He ist the last to move. If the pirate ship gets on the same space as one of the Hansa ships, it sinks the ship and gets all it's tokens. The same applies the other way around. Störtebecker may even steal the tokens in the harbors, expect from the guild cashbox in Hamburg. The game ends, when all remaining Hansa ships are back in Hamburg. The player with the most tokens wins the game. —user summary
