Dhampir Playable Race

From publisher blurb: While it is true that vampires, due to their undead nature, cannot bear children in the conventional sense, there are certain circumstances in which their vampiric essence can influence developing human lives in surprising ways. Though rare, these children are born alive and healthy but with some vampiric characteristics. These children are called dhampir, and though they are often regarded as the stuff of legends, they are not mere fiction.
