User summary When a young girl named Sherry gets caught up in strange event on the eve of the year 2000, history as she knows it will change forever! Destiny Connect is a very typical Japanese roleplaying video game. The player controls Sherry, who wants to save her town from rogue kitchen appliances and a strange time-stopping events, and who runs back and forth in the town trying to solve the problem, all the way fighting her way forth, earning experience points and levelling up. The game is played in a 3D third-person perspective with free camera. The enemies are roaming around visibly on-screen, and contact with them draws up the battle screen. Sherry brings with her a friend and a strange robot named Isaac, and the player controls all three in the battles. The graphical style is very cartoonish and cute, and apart from the various gears that the player can equip Isaac with, there is no complicated customizable system, making Destiny Connect into a simple, straight-forward RPG.
