User summary: Death Smiles is an arcade shoot'em-up game from Cave, being the second horisontal shoot'em up from Cave. It is in its essence a bullet-hell shoot'em-up for being a horizontal one, and features a gothic [lolita] Halloween style graphics. Enemies are mostly occult death-symbols. The game was ported to the Xbox 360 in 2008, and released in 2009 in Japan and 2010 in the US. In Japan, the first limited release of 150 copies featured another playable character (Sakura). This was also included in teh Platinum Collection release one year later.
