Deathchase is a scifi/mad max themed car-combat race game. From their Action-boards all Players secretly and simultaneously select their Action (which Gear they want to drive in) which they want to take each round. They can choose between burning fuel, driving fast and farthest but do not prepare Equipment and even suffer accuracy problems while attacking or to drive slower, save fuel, prepare equipment and carry out attacks with more accuracy - but the fastest gear always goes first. So the players have to tactically weigh their options. They can pull of maneuvers to gain sensation-points that give them access to upgrades, countermeasures or better weapons. Attacking is a major part of the game because each damage loads up the nitroboost on the players car. The game ends when one of the Players cars is completely destroyed (beyond repair) or one has crossed the finish line and wins this way. —description from publisher
