Deadworlds: Superheroes

From publisher blurb: This is the first of my Deadworlds projects and is by way of a bit of a test. If the idea is popular, I will create other settings. The High lords have destroyed many, many cosms over their careers but you know how you can never quite get the last bit of yoghurt out of the tub? Deadworlds are like that; fragmentary microcosms, a few beginning to grow again but most spiraling down the drain of entropy until they cease to exist. This Deadworld product introduces a superhero cosm and provides; a 3 page description of what Deadworlds are, how Storm Knights get there and why they might want to go in the first place. a brief description of the setting (just a paragraph or so about each of the city districts). 11 Perks detailed as superpowers plus an advanced level for each perk using the pulp powers limitations from the Core Rules.
