Du träumst von fernen Ländern und unbekannten Gefahren, von Ruhm und Reichtum. Gebannt lauschst du den Geschichten von unbezwingbaren Kriegern, schönen Königstöchtern und unerschrockenen Abenteurern, von tödlichen Wüsten und den Eisinseln im Norden. Doch eines Tages, als du einen geheimnisvollen Fremden zur Nebelinsel fahren sollst, ist alles anders. Noch kannst du ablehnen. Wenn nicht, wirst du beweisen müssen, daß du kämpfen und dich in einer feindlichen Welt behaupten kannst. Translation: In the east of Enwor lies the small coastal village of Larton. There, at the border of the Sea of Mists, you're living the harsh, but still quite happy life of a fisherman. The locals accept you, and many a girl has gotten weak knees while dancing with you. Actually you could be content with the way things are, weren't it for... your dreams. Every so often you're dreaming of far and foreign lands, unknown dangers, riches and fame. Mesmerized and enthralled you listen to stories of invincible warriors, beautiful princesses and bold adventurers, deadly deserts and the Isles of Ice in the far north. Then, one day, when you were just about to carry some mysterious stranger to the Isle of Fog with your small boat, everything changes. You can still deny him the passage. But if you don't, you will have to prove a point, to yourself and everyone else - that you're able to fight in a world full of dangers.
