Dark Times NPC Book

From publisher blurb: In the book you will find a list of Good guys, Bad guys and ones who are neutral. With each of these characters you will find a brief write up about them, followed by 3 plot seeds to be used in your Dark Times campaign or any type of cyberpunk or supers game.
