User Summary A medieval surgery simulation game. You are in the employ of the Royal Guard. Typically you try to keep your patients alive during surgery, (in at least one case you are attempting to kill the undead). The game is quite gruesome and graphic and while officially unrated it is recommend for mature audiences.
