From the introduction: It’s a dry spell for the vampires in Deep Jutland; there’s too little to chew on and too many old farts. It has thus caused quite a stir that Easter will bring a flooding of young, fresh blood. Ok, geeks, but beggars can’t be choosers. In order to avoid outright clan wars for the temporary territory, a group of three archons has been sent to administer the situation. The group is led by Praetor Raven.
