User summary: Characters in the game all are members of the allied armed forces (presumably, infantry). They are defined by selecting a Path (Class) that determines initial Attribute scores and Skills. A small point pool is then distributed into the character build. The game relies heavily upon an alternate history scenario that is introduced but only partially defined in the game document.
