From website: 20 Open RPG is a 100% free, d20-based "classless" tabletop roleplaying game system. Highlights of D20 Open RPG: Talent-based, not Class-based: any character concept is possible. Simplified and Unified: Feats, Skills, former class abilities and Saving Throws all use the same mechanics. Inspiration taken from newer d20-based systems like Star Wars Saga Edition and 4th Edition Dungeon's and Dragons. Simplifies combat by using an Action Point system. Simplifies movement by using a Movement Point system. Adds flavor by using a Fatigue Point system.
