An Experiment in Surreal Role-Playing From the introduction: CUIL is an abstract and experimental role-playing game where things, in general, proceed as expected right up until they don’t. And when they don’t, they really, really don’t. It’s fairly free-form and universal; there are no stats whatsoever, but players are expected to have a fairly good understanding of the capabilities of their characters. All Conflicts involve two Parties and are decided through games of rock-paper-scissors between the Parties.
