(user summary) This is a tongue-in-cheek RPG where players play staffers and campaigners of the Elder Party, whose main goal is to install Great Cthulhu as the President of the United States. This book contains the rules needed to play as well as an introductioanry adventure where the characters have to run simple yet horrifying errands.
