Controlling Jacob Helten, players must find his wife, Claire, who has mysteriously vanished. Claire had a car accident and Jacob was caring for her. Jacob investigates an eerie hospital she was taken to, in order to try to gain more information, and confronts various, hideous-looking creatures.
