If both tiles are in the game, they are given to the players with the least and second least VP. If there is a tie for least VP, the tile is given to the tied player who is last in turn order. During 4.13 Production any players with a renewable energy module tile can place it on any one of their activated company that has energy as an input resource. The tile covers all energy needs of that company for that production round, regardless of how many energy resources are needed. After resolving this, the players return any renewable energy module tiles that they hold back next to the game board.
