Crime Spree is a 2-4 player 90-minute sandbox game with different paths to victory. The game centers around committing three types of crimes; drug deals, assassinations, and robberies. Each crime’s chance of success can be mitigated by item and action cards, so move fast and risk it all or take your time and plan to ensure success. Each successful crime earns you dirty money and gains you experience that you can use to influence politicians or set up money laundering operations which will help in end-game scoring. And watch out for the cops! They lurk on the mean streets and will chase you down when you commit crimes. Avoid arrest through bribes or battle the cops to keep yourself out of jail! The other aspect of the game focuses on area control and gives the game its unique mechanic. The more muscle you put on the streets, the more actions you can do each turn, including driving through the city, committing crimes, collecting resources, and attacking other players and their muscle. But make sure to have the right items and action cards ready to protect your own muscle to avoid losing precious actions on your turn! Muscle will also help you gain precious resources like drugs, bullets, and intel in order to equip yourself to commit crimes and earn dirty money. Dirty money can then be laundered into clean cash (points) which will help you win the game!
