User summary: The Creature Catalog is a massive, fan-created sourcebook that presents monsters in a standardized "3rd Edition" format block. The sourcebook presents only monster data, arranged alphabetically. No cover, contents, index, or editorial material was included. The sourcebook was claimed to contain every monster "ever published" for D&D that was not included in Monster Manual (D&D 3e). After the Adherer to Zaratan entries, several templates are presented. The Creature Catalog often was provided alongside three "extracted" documents that were sub-sets of certain monster types, including: Book of Demons Book of Devils Book of Undead
