Crackbone

From publisher blurb: A thoroughly vicious hobgoblin, Crackbone is an NPC designed to meet your adventurers at least three times. Of course, other NPCs your players meet can attribute any heinous activity that occurs “offstage” in your campaign to Crackbone, whether true or not. Compatible with the 5th edition of the world's most popular role playing game. Easily works with other games as well.
