Covenant

From publisher blurb: The residents of Covenant, West Virginia, believe that the world ended in 1969. Proving otherwise will be a challenge. Leaving town alive may be impossible. "Covenant" is 50 pages of strange mysteries and stranger characters. It's written for the "Secrets & Lies" roleplaying game, but can be easily adapted to any game system.
