User summary: This enhancement rules document attempts to make Cosmic Synchronicity mechanics compatible with resources from other game systems so that characters and settings from various systems can be adapted into Cosmic Synchronicity play. Focuses on methods for conversion over strict mapping rules. Gives examples of conversion from FUDGE and GURPS.
