Cortex

From publisher blurb: Cortex: Henry Todd learned early on that he could let his gigantic cranium make him a victim, or he could use the gigantic brain inside to assert his power over others. Cortex became a designer drug creator before most kids learn how to read, and quickly grew to a powerful and coldly vicious drug lord, using money and people to achieve his goals.
