Conductor Devil

From publisher blurb: Logistikeths serve as communication and coordination hubs in Hell’s machinations, with the ability to perceive and communicate through a network of stolen skulls. Also known as conductor devils, logistikeths can not only maneuver fiendish armies with ease, but also unleash destructive screams that they weave together in battle from their ever-expanding choir of skulls.
