[User Summary] Defeated yet again by the Allied forces in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2, the Soviet leadership hatches a plan to use a time machine to erase Albert Einstein from existence, preventing the development of nuclear weapons and allowing the Soviet Union to come into power. An unintended side effect is the genesis of the Empire of the Rising Sun, a Japan equipped with futuristic mecha-soldiers. So as the newly powerful Soviets beat back the Allies, the Empire launches its own attack against the vulnerable Soviet flank. A three-way struggle ensues, and the player decides what course this history will take.
