Coldsnap

From publisher blurb: Vengeance is best served cold... Coldsnap! A Power Level 11 Rogue, Coldsnap is an intelligent and forward-thinking foe ready to join in any Mutants and Masterminds campaign. Coldsnap wasn't always the A-list villain he is now, and this entry has the stats to prove it. You can introduce him in his previous incarnation as a PL 8 foe, and then allow him to return in future episodes to claim vengeance upon the heroes who stopped him the first time... your heroes! Coldsnap is a genius inventer with a cold, calculating approach to supervillainy. He's a perfect foil for heroic inventors and super geniuses alike, seeing them as the ultimate challenge!
