User Summary Cardia is a woman with a “unique” condition. Anything her skin touches will either melt or rot. She has been living in seclusion outside of Victorian era London for over two years when the Royal Guards came to bring her in. She is then rescued by a legendary gentleman thief, Arsène Lupin.
