From the introduction: Clown Cops is a weird roleplaying game where you play a Clown Cop - a former clown who is now employed as a special kind of police officer. Your beat is the quaint neighborhood of Palookaville (aka Clown Town), an area almost entirely populated by Clowns, Mimes and other circus performers. User note: In addition to pencils, paper, and dice, each player needs a box of animal crackers, a glass of milk, and a rubber band. The rules also call for clown makeup/clothing, and "fun stuff" like balloons, noisemakers, etc.
