In 'Clash of Steel' each player is cast in the role of an admiral commanding a fleet of ships." Twelve scenarios are included, such as sinking the Bismarck, the destruction of the French fleet at Mers-el-Kebir, Calabria, and many others. Rules are in Japanese; English rules are available and typically provided with the game. Other components, such as the counters, are in English.
