From Adventure Notes: City of Shadows is an introductory adventure, designed for four to six low level characters, but the GM can increase the difficulty to allow the adventures to be played by more experienced characters. The Lizard Isle is a place filled with adventure and mystery. Although humans and other races live on the Island they are second-class citizens for the most part and life is hard for them.
