During this time, Lady Lirashana spent a great deal of time as an incarnated celestial on Eberron, managing the burgeoning effort directly. During this time, her divine spirit began to wane as she became increasingly mortal. When it became apparent that she was in danger of losing her exalted existence, she regretfully relinquished command of the Covenant to her inner circle of trusted lieutenants and re-ascended.
