The book contains maps and short descriptions of the various points of interest—with increasing focus on the ruins of Chicago. The descriptions are intended to act as seeds for players and the GM, rather than providing excessive detail. Players should work with the GM to develop their character’s backstories and to add relevant details to the various places and cultures. The rear of the book reproduces many of the tables that are useful for players to access during a game.
