Characters: Heroes and Heretics I

From publisher blurb: A story is only as good as its villain and a journey is only as good as your travelling companions. In Heroes and Heretics, you'll meet Petrovic Zubov, a master of illusion and clockwork magic items from the hard, cold nation of Rus. A place where the snow -- and the soul -- never stays clean for long. Friend or foe, he can help or hinder your PCs on their adventures. Inside you'll find: One Cypher Three Artifacts Four stages in the NPC's career. Feel free to use the four stages as is or as four separate NPCs of varying power, but with the same theme, in the same adventure. We aim to be Genre Friendly and offer suggestions on how to fit this Fantasy NPC in Modern, SciFi, and Lovecraftian settings.
