Character Guide and Rules

User summary: An extended document presenting "house rules" and compiled game rules from various commercially-published sources. Generally, the rules presented here explain how confusing or difficult aspects of the game are played in the author's home campaign - rather than excursions into wholesale new rules. This document probably was intended, originally, to serve as an orientation for players in the author's campaign.
