From the introduction: As the adventuring party paddles their way down the Velverdyva River from Highfolk, they pass through plains teeming with monsters. Crossing paths with a bulette, portage around the dam of a giant beaver, and the attack of the centaurs are just some of the dangers the player characters will face as they travel through the plains of Veluna.
