User Summary A turn-based strategy game set in a future dystopia where rival crime lords hire gangs to extort cash, influence and control city sectors and services, and battle opposing gangs. The available gangs run the gamut from thugs, vampires, and ninjas to battlesuited cyborgs. Weapons, armor and tools are researched, bought and equipped as each criminal organisation tries to take over the city. Games can be played within a time limit with players competing to achieve the most of a particular quality (money, control, influence or a balance of the three), or untimed with specific objectives (deathmatch, majority control, HQ control, elimination of the other players' loyal starting gangs, or king of the hill scenarios).
