Higher Arc features a mechanic based on ten-sided dice with a hierarchical skill development system, variable levels of success, and a logical and consistent method of resolving actions. Higher Arc is totally customizable, so as to allow players as much or as little rules complexity as they desire. It has no classes or levels, and it allows players maximum control over their characters.
