User summary: The oddly named but perennially popular Cesar's Netbook presented a large variety of optional rules for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2e, including twelve new Classes, nine new player character Races, eight "half-giant" Races, five new magical items, new spells, new monsters from the "lower planes", and several variant rules regarding character demographics.
