In this Cat-Eat-Cat world, if you're not the predator, you're the prey. A group of nefarious cons and cheats, known simply as The Catfish, have found their new target - a cute, little, naive internet dater - their perfect Patsy. These cheats have all put on quite the charade in order to collar the Patsy's attention while chatting them up on their favorite dating site www.CatFishDating.com - Now they are all in the unenviable position of having to back up their outlandish claims in person. They must fight tooth-and-nail and summon every bit of charm, wit, and creativity they have in order to win the affection of The Patsy. In CatFish! The Patsy will play as the moderator, judge and acting coach of the game, while the Catfish will play as improvisational actors. In this dinner-date of fictitious personalities and backstories, the Catfish that attains the most Appeal Points over three-courses of unadulterated lies and manipulation, will be chosen as the winner of the game! They'll do so by masterfully Drafting the Claim Cards and Hobby Cards that they think they can weave into the most captivating backstory - and then whimsically acting out the character that they just created in order to impress the Patsy and match what they're Looking For in a mate. It won't be easy, because both the Patsy and the other Catfish will relentlessly try to poke holes in their stories, and question their identities. Those Catfish that are best able to think on their feet and Improvise the details of their backstory will go far. Who will win the Patsy's heart, and who will be outed as a filthy stinkin' Catfish!?
