User summary: The Castlevania game for the Nintendo 64 only, in Japan known as "Akumajou Dracula Mokushiroku", developped by the Kobe studio of Konami. This game is considered to be somewhat of a black sheep in the Castlevania series, for it's unforgiving gameplay, but it did reach some fame. The player can choose between two characters to play. The game was sequelled by "Akumajou Dracula Mokushiroku Gaiden – Legend of Cornell", in the West called "Legacy of Darkness". Translated box back: Blood of destiny, battle of fate. Transylvania, in the 19th century… Darkness threatens once more to engulf the lands. Two knights, both bound by destiny and fate, rise to seal Dracula yet again.
