User Summary Castle of Illusion, starring Mickey Mouse, was one of the first Disney games for the 8 & 16 bit console generations, and is one of their better efforts, with bright, colourful graphics across a variety of well-imagined worlds and competent platforming action. The first in a series of platformers Disney put forth, though subsequent entries would be less successful. As was the way of the time, a version was put out on both the Master System and the Genesis at the same time, however the two versions differ significantly.
