User Summary A fairly rich and deep budget RTS and Arcade game currently available for the iOS. This game features a mix of Arcade action shooting and RTS planning, leveling and building. The game starts off fairly easily but quickly builds pace providing a fun challenge. This version of the Cartoon Wars series offers up 80 different, 6 different Heroes and 20 different skills/spells all of which the player has to develop/buy/earn over the course of playing the game.
