Carnival in Windemere

From the introduction: It’s Carnival time in Windemere, and you have travelled through the land of Quicksilver for two days to join the merrymaking. On your way, you had a successful skirmish with some trolls, so you are temporarily out of magical aids or POW. It’s Late afternoon, and you are approaching long bridge from the northeast.
