Cardcaptors

From the introduction: Each Episode, a Judge controls and describes the world and its NPCs to the Players, who then describe how their PCs act in the world. Somehow, the PCs have unleashed a set of magical Cards in a city near Tokyo, Japan. They are now tasked with capturing them all before it is too late. In the first Episode, explain how this came to be.
